# How To Make It:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix thoroughly.
02 - Add salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting seasoning as desired.
03 - Lay out the washed and dried lettuce leaves on a serving plate.
04 - Evenly distribute the prepared tuna salad onto each lettuce leaf.
05 - Top each wrap with sliced avocado and diced tomato, if using.
