01 - 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices

02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
03 - 2 tbsp honey
04 - 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
05 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
06 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
07 - 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
# How To Make It:
01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add sliced carrots and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in honey, salt, and pepper until combined.
03 - Add drained carrots to skillet and toss to coat evenly with the honey-butter mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes until glossy.
04 - Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice if using, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
