16 - 2 tbsp water

# How To Make It:

01 - Combine beef strips with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a bowl; marinate for 10 minutes.
02 - Boil the lo mein noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
03 - Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, water, and cornstarch until smooth.
04 - Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat; stir-fry marinated beef for 1 to 2 minutes until browned; remove from pan.
05 - Add remaining oil to the pan; stir-fry garlic, ginger, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
06 - Return beef to pan, add cooked noodles and green onions, then pour in sauce; toss over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until evenly coated and heated through.
