10 - 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

# How To Make It:

01 - Place one flour tortilla flat on a cutting board and make a single cut from the center to the edge to create a radius cut.
02 - Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the entire tortilla, leaving a slight border around the edge.
03 - Sprinkle half a cup of shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce-covered tortilla.
04 - Arrange desired toppings on each of the four tortilla quarters, such as pepperoni, olives, vegetables, and basil leaves.
05 - Starting at the cut, fold each quarter over the next to form a layered, triangular-shaped wrap. Repeat with the second tortilla.
06 - Heat olive oil or butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
07 - Place each wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden brown and cheese has melted.
08 - Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly, then cut in half if desired. Serve warm.
