# How To Make It:

- Set the oven temperature to 375°F.
- Combine tomato pasta sauce with dried Italian herbs and garlic powder in a medium bowl, stirring thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, blend ricotta or cottage cheese with half of the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with a thin layer of oil or butter.
- Spread one-quarter of the prepared tomato sauce evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
- Place one ramen brick over the sauce layer, breaking it to fit the dish if needed.
- Spread one-third of the ricotta and Parmesan mixture over the noodles, followed by sprinkling one-third of the shredded mozzarella on top.
- Repeat the layering process two more times with sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese, finishing with a final layer of sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
- Pour 1/2 cup of water evenly around the edges of the dish to assist in cooking the noodles.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow the dish to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and cracked black pepper as desired.
